Goods

Goods are always described as accurately as possible in terms of composition, colour, materials used etc etc.
Weights where stated are +-5g accuracy.
Pictures are usually taken with a Nikon D3000 on “Natural” colour balance. However, displayed colours are of course dependant on the monitor used to use this site.

Delivery

Your yarn will usually be dispatched via 1st class Royal mail on the next working day after purchase.
If you order is over £50 in value, 1st Class “signed for” will be used.
Our shipping charge is set at a flat rate £2.50 for all UK customer & £4.00 for all European customers, regardless of your location or order size.

Please note that if you are an international buyer outside the Eurozone, shipping is set at the flat rate of £20.00 and you may have to pay a customs charge on receipt of your package.

Payments

We currently accept credit and debit cards via the PayPal shopping cart system, one of the most widely accepted and safest ways to pay on-line.
We also accept cheque payments from UK buyers if you are still concerned about or cannot pay via PayPal.
Please note that international buyers must use PayPal.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods.

Orders placed through PayPal will be refunded to your paypal account, usually directly to your credit or debit card.
Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. Please package the goods carefully to avoid damage, and to return them by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.

Please remember to include your name, address, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned items.

We will not refund the postage cost of returned orders.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will dispatch a replacement order on return of the faulty items.

Privacy Policy

We will never disclose buyers’ information to third parties. We know just how annoying that is!
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will not pass on your email address to any third party, nor use it for any reason other than to update you on news about shows, our products or our services.
If you purchase from us, you consent for use to send you news as described above.
If you wish to opt-out of direct marketing e-mails, please e-mail opt-out@sarisilk.co.uk and we will remove you from the mailing list within 48 hours.
